Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at fruit of ayu (operated by Bhoma Active Origins LLP). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (India)

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries (including Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, and Indonesia).

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Important: Fruit of Ayu is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

  • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): We ship all international orders on a DDU basis. This means you may be required to pay import duties or local taxes to the courier upon delivery.

  • Refusal to Pay: If you refuse to pay the customs duties and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund amount. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Domestic Partner: Bluedart

  • International Partner: DHL

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Fruit of Ayu takes full responsibility for products that are damaged or lost during transit.

  • Damaged/Lost Items: If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at care@fruitofayu.com.

  • Resolution: We will offer an immediate replacement free of cost. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Evidence: For damaged items, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as we may require photos to file a claim with our logistics partner.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We allow customers to modify their shipping address after the order is placed, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Please contact us immediately at care@fruitofayu.com if you need to change your address.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. In such cases, if the packet is returned to us, a re-shipping fee may apply.
