Refund policy
At fruit of ayu (Bhoma Active Origins LLP), we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our products are consumables and wellness goods, we have strict guidelines for returns and cancellations to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Domestic Orders)
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Hygiene & Safety Clause: Due to the nature of our products (Nutraceutical consumables), we do not accept returns for products that have been unsealed, opened, or used. We strictly rely on the "Hygiene Exemption" found in global consumer laws.

Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind, we accept returns ONLY if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Handling Fee: For all "change of mind" returns (where the product is not defective), a flat Return Handling Fee of ₹159 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover reverse logistics and processing.
2. International Orders (No Returns)
We do not accept returns on International orders (shipped outside India) due to cross-border logistics and customs constraints.

Exception: If your international order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, we will issue a refund or replacement.

UK/EU Customers: Please note that the standard "Right of Withdrawal" (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply to our goods as they are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away at care@fruitofayu.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Resolution: In case of damage or our error, we will provide a free replacement or a 100% full refund.

No Fees: The ₹159 return fee is waived for damaged or incorrect items.
4. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a 100% full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner (Bluedart/DHL), it cannot be cancelled. You must accept the delivery and then initiate a return request (subject to the ₹159 return fee and unopened condition).
5. Refund Process

Approval: If your return is approved (unopened/sealed), the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Deductions: Refund Amount = [Order Value] minus [₹159 Fee].

Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
