What is the return policy?

Gist: For eligible orders, return window closes on the 5th day from the day of delivery, which is Day 1.
Eligibility: The Bottle is unopened.
Deductions: A Rs.150 Change-of-mind fee will be deducted from the total paid, per product.
This policy helps us ensure the product remains potent and free from any environment triggered damage.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are initiated once the products are received back, and completed within 10 business days.
Note: Opened bottles will not be eligible for refunds, unless the product is claimed to be damaged.
For damaged items, no change-of-mind fees are applied and refunds are processed in full.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped in one business day. We work with reputed logistics partners to fulfill your orders. If you have not received a Tracking ID or have concerns regarding the shipment, please contact us.
In India, all orders will be delivered within 5 business days.
